Self acting temperature control valve. Self acting temperature control valves are used in heating and industrial systems. The system is driven by a self acting control system which releases a compressed spring in the high limit cut out unit and snaps the isolating valve shut if the pre set high limit temperature is exceeded. The actuators are made with a rugged die cast aluminum housing with a fully enclosed bellow assembly and internal over range protection. The range includes the boiler pressure reducing valve and is self actuating therefore does not need an additional auxiliary energy supply such as electric or air.
