Sky Q Mini Box No Satellite Signal Main Box Fine

After no satellite signal for a week on my sky q mini i ve resolved it with a mixture of things.

Sky q mini box no satellite signal main box fine. The main box router extender booster is working fine. Hi i have a no signal problem on my sky q mini box the main box is working fine. There is a thought that although the main box holds a lot there mini doesn t and that may be an issue. I have rebooted unplugged re connected to the main box and restarted the router ll to no avail any suggestions please.

I ve restarted the boxes and bt home hub multiple times but nothing seems to fix it. Does anything know how to fix this. We ve had our sky q set up with sky wifi booster up and running for over a year this morning the minibox is reporting no satellite signal. No it s doubtful the link you posted above will do anything to fix your issue hardwiring from the router to the main box will do nothing either you need to hardwire from the main box to the mini box or hardwire from the main box to a sky q booster and wps from the booster to the mini box like i suggested earlier. On your sky q mini box press home on your sky q remote. First i deleted a lot of old recordings on the main sky q box and removed all the deleted ones.
